Nelson County's Acorn Inn is a well-loved and respected part of the B&B community. With the 10 BR Inn and the 4 BR house, it is well equipped to handle group retreats, weddings and events, or just a couple's getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city! Located just minutes from Nellysford and the Nelson 151 Brew Trail, you have access to all of the world class breweries, wineries, cideries and distilleries in the area. And of course there's Wintergreen Resort for skiing, tubing, golf, tennis, swimming, spa treatments and fabulous hiking! You can also visit the amazing Nelson County Farmers' Market at the end of Adial Road on rounte 151. Sited on 28 acres, the main Inn has a large event space, a cozy common room with a handsome Tulikivi woodstove, 10 BR, and shower/bath facilities. There is a large deck and patio for relaxing and entertaining. The Inn's office is located in the gorgeous 1936 "cottage". There are 4 rooms available here with a warm, inviting greatroom and a gourmet kitchen. It is tastefully furnished with beautiful hardwood floors and trim. There are 2 full baths and a laundry area as well. The grounds are full of mature plantings and majestic trees. Mountain views and just a half hour to Charlottesville and UVA!
